REFUND POLICY

Should any registrant cancel for any reason prior to April 6, he or she will be refunded their full registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. After April 7, no refunds will be granted. Holistic Primary Care's liability for refunds does not extend beyond the conference registration fees.

Conference Modification or Cancellation:
Holistic Primary Care reserves the right to modify the course's schedule or program as necessary. Holistic Primary Care also reserves the right to cancel this conference, in which case a full refund of registration fee will be provided. We are unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.).

GROUP REGISTRATION

If 2 or more people register together, then you will receive a discount of $100.00 off each registrant in the group.
